What a ride! Last week I filed a Writ of Mandamus myself (pro se, without an attorney). USCIS was served on Friday. Today I got a call from the director of my field office who asked if I could submit a new medicals before adjudication. I had a copy because I knew I was current and they were going to ask for it. I handed it over to him in person after our call and the approval came 30 minutes later.

@Gc 0321 it’s not possible. this was an exception because of the lawsuit, I believe—and my case was at my field office.
