I applied back in November of 2022 and we didn’t hear a PEEP from USCIS for 8 months. So I took the initiative to upload more evidence of bonifide marriage and then BOOM— my employment card was mailed. A couple weeks later BOOM— I got an RFE for medical. My lawyer mailed it the same day they received the RFE letter. Three days after that KABOOOOM— I was approved for I-130 and I-485!
This is what I uploaded under the Unsolicited tab:
engagement photos we took in June
more bills with our names
contracts with both names for our home Reno
more pics we took this year
I truly believe doing this has moved my case along a lot quicker. try this today:)

My lawyer told me the reason why many applicants’ processes are taking longer than usual is because their applications may have mistakes and don’t have enough evidence of bonifide marriage. Make sure you triple check all your forms.
Another tip, don’t show evidence of your political or controversial views in your evidence (texts/emails between you and your partner). This may hurt you as you don’t know what your officers’ personal views are from yours.

@j z This makes me so hopeful! I have a stand alone I-130 and I just recently uploaded some more unsolicited evidence including our two year olds CRBA. Our PD is Nov 19 so I’m hoping we hear something soon!

@j z thank you for sharing, I do tell people to make use of their unsolicited evidence tab and some won’t listen. I did and my application got approved without interview too. congratulations 🎉🍾🎉

@j z thanks for the input. so I provided all the bill statements I had for the last two years together. do you think we should once in a while keep adding documents to this tab. like more recents bill statements? it’s been only two months since I submitted my application (i-751)

I agree with U 💯%. I think 🤔 these are little things we can do to help our cases. Uploading our Bona-fide Marriage via the Unsolicited Evidence section instead of waiting for RFE could actually help in our cases. Like myself, my case seem to have been forgotten & abandoned at NBC Lee's Summit, nothing was happening to it. Whenever I chat with a Live Agent via Emma, they seem to be in a hurry to get off because there was no update & my case seems to be dormant. So I started to upload all my documents. I did the first set on the 20th June, the next set of upload with pictures on the 24th of June & on the 26th of June my interview was waived & last 2 weeks my case transferred to my Field Office for further processing. I didn't file with my medical. My lawyer says she will hand deliver my medical to them. So, I will wait.

@j z , @JENNIE . ,@kez H So you guys are able to upload documents? only thing I see in the document tab is the upload button, when I click on it, it refreshes the page with errors. I can’t upload any new evidences….

hi! do you know if officers get a notification if we sent it unsolicited evidence? I sent more photos last week but haven’t heard anything yet.

@jillian han U should upload your Bona-fide Marriage, Utility bills, Life Insurance, Joint account bank account, Proof that your marriage is real. I-130 should be mainly for the Petitioner, Bona-fide Marriage, birth certificate, Lease Agreement, International passport etc. I-485 for the applicant, same documents too, documents showing both of U live together.

@JENNIE . I already sent all of those on the initial package when I sent it last October. my lawyer advised us to bring the pictures on the day of the interview so we didn’t send those together. since a lot of applicants are getting their interviews waived now, I just went ahead and sent the photos online under 130 tab. the pictures were the only thing missing.
