@kat Mel have you send evidence at first? and can you tell me what kind of evidence did you send please

@yen holg yes I intially sent a lot of evidence ,they still sent me an RFE just to prove it was real and not for immigration status. I sent with my RFE about 100 pictures of family events of us and included all the dates from my iPhone. I included phone call and txt statements to prove we talk everyday and shared credit card and mortgage bills

@yen holg I also sent a letter my husband wrote explaining our marriage was real and why it was so important for him to have me in his life. anything you can think of send it. I even sent bills from 2021 in my RFE
