approve by USCIS (after case denied)
I wish my experience will be useful for other ppl.
after waiting for over year, we made mistakes by didn’t send everything in the same time during USCIS request more evidence. That we got denied. So if you guys got requests evidence I recommend “do everything follow instructions” for preventing denying your case.
Alright if you got denied, what you have to do. please follow instructions in denial notice. (I and my husband did everything by ourselves) We did “Reopen case” ASAP. We got only response that our mail was received. One month after that, my Lawfully account and my husband got email, that show our case had movement by “case is being reviewed”. We are so happy at least we know it got progress. Then couple days after our case got approval.
I asked a lot of people who summited CR1 and had case denied about what I can do next. From their experience were helped me a lot. (All of them told me, my case was fastest approval as they know normal it took 4-6 mths after summit I-290B)
By the way, I wish whoever is struggling in the same situation as me, please don’t lose hope after following the instructions of any notice. For me, I didn’t hire any lawyer for my case however my husband wanted to but my idea is not too difficult to deal with.

They said they will be reopening my case and I am yet to see anything at all but am just having faith and being patient. The only thing i have to show that it will be reopened is a letter everything else still says denied been almost 2 months and waiting to see any action.

@Ree loud normally process to reopen case around 90-180 days. Stay positive I wish you will have good new soon.

When you were filing, how much filing fee did you attach? For both of you and your husband? I am in a same shoes but I am confused with the filing fee because My husband was the one who is doing EB2 and I am his dependant. Should we pay for both filing fee or only filing motion for my husbands? How did you do?

@Ha ala sorry I am not sure. (it was last year) I thought you can find info. from I-290B instructions for sure. they explain clearly for Appreal motion and Reopen case.
