Approval without Medical?
Hi there - has anyone had approval without getting an RFE for medical? I’m curious because I haven’t been issued an RFE for medical yet.

Send in your medical. Stop wasting you own time. Any time USCIS sends out an RFE your case is pause automatically until they acknowledge receipt of such documents or request. So, don’t want for them to ask you when you know you should do it. It’s call being proactive.

@Empress H Yeah - best advice from everyone including uscis officers and lawyers is to wait for RFE request before submitting medical to avoid case delays.

@MD if they didn't ask you for any documents don't try to send any. simple instructions make people fail.

I still have not been ask for medical RFE either. everyone around me getting medical RFE and my case is just stuck💔

@Shay S same here. I got a deficiency letter about medical,September last year asking me to wait for an RFE and it's June and I still have not received it.
