@Luck is on My side. I received an email "We have taken action on your case", I logged into my USCIS acct; the process tab status still showing "your case is taking longer than expected" and case status was still "actively being reviewed" since 9/28/23, but I looked in my documents tab and there it was the approval. FYI...this app never notified me neither did case tracker.
