Well even when it's seems you are not approved yet that's good news I think because it means they are reviewing your case, soon you might receive the approval 😃

If they requested more evidence from you, that's letting you know they will be checking on that before making a decision ☺️

ilya Brian, no we didn't filled the k3 visa, but we summited some evidence 6 months after filling our I 130 and I think it was a huge help, like photos and stuff to help them make a decision 😃
