Thanks @ Peejay. Yes, I filed I-765 which was approved on 06/10/21. My processing center is NBC. I did not file form I-131. My I-140 was approved at the Texas Service Center on 11/09/20.

@ andrea 123, my interview was waived, no RFE was sent out and I included our medicals with the applications. What I advise applicants is that they include medicals in their applications once priority date is current as it reduces the processing time of the application by skipping the RFE phase.

@osk 1315, your i-140 is NIW, and premium processing is not allowed for eb2 niw. How did you expedite your i140?

Yes, NIW does not have premium processing @ Mike Ko. As explained earlier, I am a Clinician /Public Health Specialist who was actively involved with Virginia Medical Reserve Corp during the Pandemic. Thus, I was able to expedite it on “Public Safety” grounds.
