Approval after original i130 submission 569 days ago! Canadian citizen married to USC. Did not use a lawyer, I am 25 years old. FINALLY!!!!!
I contacted the senator of the state (ILLINOIS) around two months ago to see if they could help progress my case. To be honest, I don’t know if that actually helped but I am beyond happy and I can finally contribute to society. More importantly, I can go back to Canada and see my family once the GC arrives in the mail. ❤️

@hey hey My i130 was approved September 21, 2024, with a priority date of 03/03/23. I think my I-485 was also approved that day but my application didn’t get an update until *exactly* 24hrs later.
