130 was approuved yesterday but in the application it's showed case is being reviewed, I got the approval in documents on my account online

i have received courtesy email last week, and I sent medical last Tuesday , 2 days after I revived notification in 130 case is being reviewed, I checked my account online and I find approval documents, and today I have received notification 485 approved

I give you some advice, do not hesitate to call the immigration service to find out the update of your case, this also helps things to move forward, according to my personal experience, each time I call them, I received a little time after notifications on my account case is bieng reviewed
