Applying with a record
Hi All, ill have my marriage based GC for almost 3 years next month where I can apply for my citizenship. with everything going on, anyone have any experience lately with having a record (DUI from almost 12 years ago) and it going smoothly with interview etc? my BIL just had his interview and is waiting on his oath ceremony but he doesnt have a record.

@Shiva m just be honest about it. 12years is a very long time so the fact that you’ve not had any other infractions you should be good to go.

thanks @Jesus is King I am absolutely going to be and was during my gc application. Just wanted to know if anyone recently has had this situation with their citizenship application
