Find a way and talk to her cos you know what this mean to you but she careless … Talk to her and who knows .. she might wanna give it another shot for you … everybody got a story to tell bout thier journey regarding this immigration crisis

@Jeff Jeff there is not nothing else today ,we are separated,she is not living with me anymore ,she left ,she likes to play with my mental Health,l have been living a Hell with her ,Vawa is my best option for now .L have to take therapy with psicólogist ,l have problems with my stomach ,l have depression for here behavior and words

@Magic Magic so sorry you are going through this. This immigration thing can be so stressful and takes a toll on the relationship. Go to your interview let them know what happened (it doesn’t matter if you get denied, Go). you can always get a lawyer and file for vawa afterwards. Nobody knows your situation so do not listen to any negativity

@😩 J thank you so much for your word ,l have been living a real Hell ,l am going to apply for Vawa.It is easy says talk to her to see if she is going to the interview ,but what they don’t know what l have been trough,humiliation from her mother ,they think they can die ahorcar they want with me ,mental abuse is work than Physical abuse .

I feel your pain,I am going through worse situation,where my husband kicked me and my kids out in the midnight,talk to me like thrash,embarrass me in front of his family and kids,even won’t give me document I needed for my application,he even gave me STD,took all my money from joint account and closed the account,even telling me he wants them to deny my application because I will leave in the future,my husband didn’t disclose his Traumatic brain injury to me,I had to find out from his aunt at the back so many years after we have been together.

pls go to your interview and explain to the officer she doesn’t want to come and explain the situation and then take the vawa route Goodluck
