Applying for K3
For those who applied for a k3 after doing the I-130 was it worth it? did it seep up the process? I’m thinking to do it but at the same time I feel like I’m so close to get approved. idk what you guys think based on your experiences

hey, I applied for a K-3 after I-130 honestly it has made no difference- it is currently showing received sooo no movement. I only did it because it was free 😂 and my lawyer bestie was curious of the process since it's rarely used now. The K- 3 is taking the same time to process as I-130 if not longer, which defeats the purpose.Hope it helps

it's a visa for married spouses to enter the U.S and wait for a decision while the I-130 is been processed- like we said above it is hard to get mine was filed in May and it is yet to be processed 😊 but it's free soo ☺️
