Apply for F1 while I485 pending decision
Hello everyone,
I am currently on H1B and waiting for interview to be scheduled for I485. I am thinking of going to school as a full time student next year, not sure if I am still count as an international student.
Has anyone gone through a similar situation? Do I need an F1 for school? Am I eligible to apply for another non immigration visa under I485 pending status?
Any help or suggestion appreciated! Thank you!

F1 is not immigrant intent. you cannot the proved this while as the same time you want to permanently immigrate to USA. I think your application I-20 will be rejected.
