mine was delivered 27th , I never got a text though I included a g1145 but a case number added to my online account on October 1st 2024.

My case has not been added to my online account. when I tried to manually add it to my account it said it is already linked to an account so I'm not sure what to do

based on my research, I think i did not add my uscis account number on my paper application so it created a different account. once I recieve my NOA via mail. I might get more information

interesting I did write my online account number on application it automatically got added to my case . I also see a letter online saying my biometrics will be reused .

I got physical mail saying biometric reuse and GC extension for 48 months after expiry. I am not sure if there will be much movement on the i751 until I apply for N400 next year.

submitted mine today my green card will expire next month on the 5th . I had lawyer but he told me last month I will take care every week I text he told me his still preparing the file he didn’t even call me to sign . so I end up doing my self I told him I submitted today he told me I’m not giving you money back 😂😂😂😂

You can submit it within 90 days before the conditional GC expiration date. Based on the date you shared, it shouldn't be late.

how long did it take you to get a receipt after submitting your i751 application?.

@Luis Gomez sent to Lockbox on 9/21 delivered to lockbox 9/23 and I got a text message from uscis with my case number on 9/26.

Extension letter was recieved in the mail about a week after.

so did you received your extension letter with your receipt notice?

Yes the receipt notice says that it is extended for x number of months after the conditional GC expires

@Jessica Lama please review document list on the uscis website. Yes take spouse with you. I have not gone for an interview but review youtube videos of people who have. 👍🤙
