I applied for a beneficiary my question is that when I applied he was in Mexico can the application still go through and if he gets approved fly back to the country? would he have any issues with passport being stamped while flying back to Nicaragua for the biometrics?

once he is approved to travel he can buy a plane ticket to travel to the usa from any country, he doesnt have to go back to his country he can stay in mexico and fly to the usa when he is approved

what about if he wants to go to Nicaragua now and wait for approval he just doesn't want to be in Mexico no more
