I just got this notice while I’m checking my rank. I don’t understand what does this mean either. Waiting for someone know to explain. Hope we all got great results.

USCIS is the only one that would know. I talked with lawfully and they didn't have an answer. immigration lawyers didn't seem to know either. tier 2 immigration officer will call in within 30 days. Hopefully I will get my answer then let me know if you get any other updates.

@R D I just reached out to my congressman. He expedited my case. I'm guaranteed to hear back in 2 weeks. you should talk with your congressman.

@R D find out who your congressman is in your area. find his office. call him and leave an email. there's an evidence video by Trackmyvisanow on YouTube. it proves discrepancies with the process. Good luck.

@sana kou @R D they pull data from USCIS. I've talked with Developers and customer service about this status. they both say the same thing. they call an API, to get data directly from USCIS website. I don't think it really means much. they might have touched your case a bit. after 3 months I got an RFE.
