AP Used. Don’t be scared.
I just thought to drop this here for those scared to used the AP, I came back last night through ATL, used Delta air, spent 1 month and 22days.
Entry was smooth. no questions asked. I didn’t seat up to 2minutes and I was out of there.
guys if you have an AP, please used it.
have always been scared.
but not anymore.
I pray we all get approved soonest.

@pinky AK thanks for sharing I have had mine never used cos I’m scared of the unknown cos I haven’t gotten any 360 approval yet and the AP written on it was it’s not a guaranteed you will be allowed back to the USA 🇺🇸 reasons for not using it and it will expire this year June.

I got approved yesterday and now I’m scared because it says “"Unlawful Presence. If you leave the United States after being unlawfully present in the United States, you may be barred from admission even if you obtained advance parole.
If you were unlawfully present in the United States for more than 180 days but less than one year and you leave the. Us voluntarily before the start of removal proceedings, you are inadmissible for three years; "if you were unlawfully present for one year or more, you are inadmissible for ten years.". can you tell me more about your time here ?

@Cassy S I had overstayed my visa. I looked up online and found the same thing regarding unlawful presence. I called my lawyer and he said that’s no more the case. I flew overseas and came back 5 months later.

@Cassy S your AP overwrites your over stayed visa in your passport, so you have no problem.... just make sure you didn't commit any crime. Then you are good to go! ✌️
