Hi family, I have a quick question. Have been seeing some peeps saying they are getting a DHS letter and a clearance paper from the consulate for boarding when using Advance Parole. is it a new thing now for VAWA Advancd Parole holders? Thank You!

My lawyer made a post that they are refusing to let people in with AP and people who filed vawa so shr is advising us to not travel at this time. Not trying to scare anyone, its just her post and I thought I would share since we all been waiting so long.

I re-entered the U.S. with Advance Parole on Sunday without any issues. After taking my fingerprints and photo, the officer asked why I had applied for VAWA. The whole interview took less than two minutes. He then said, “Have a good night,” and allowed me to enter

she was talking intentionally, to be honest I haven't traveled out of state in a while because I dont have the real id. I used my AP in 2023 and haven't used It since. I was repeating what she says, maybe she knows of instances where people weren't allowed to reenter @kendivva j
