AP waiting too long . Should I ask a Congressman for help ?
Has anyone contacted the congressman regarding the long wait for Form I-131? I've been waiting for more than 594 days without answers. My PD is May 2021 and I will only be able to do a new inquiry in August. In August we will complete 27 months of waiting ðŸ˜

Try local congress inquiry. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

I am in the same situation.. my pd is may 2021 applied dec/2021. and I never got travel authorization. just renewed my EAD

i think your case they haven't provided AP for you. not everyone has been provided AP. normally it is proceed in 6 months.
