AOS/Consular processing recommendations
Hello everyone, here’s my timeline: pending asylum since 2016, no interview yet, planning to apply for EB-3 through my employer. Could you recommend a lawyer with experience/successful cases in “Pending Asylum to EB-3 through AOS/Consular Processing”?

Hi @Santiago G, I have a similar situation and applying for EB2. May I ask which processing center was the AOS case in? Also, did your friend worked with this lawyer, along with the employer's lawyer? I assume company's lawyers wont put much effort since our case is more difficult for them.

@Ruslan Abdulin I was told that if you are on asylum pending you cannot adjust your status except through marriage, is it true?

@coe kippe it depends where you’re in the process. I heard that some people do that, although the path is not straightforward.
