@Adrian reynolds the consular route mean you will wait for the decision through the U.S embassy on your country.. first the spouse apply for I-130 petition then after approval you will submit all your documents to the nvc ( national visa center) after they accept your documents they will transfer your case to the embassy where you gonna have an interview and get a visa to enter USA .. after you enter you pay the fees to print out your Green card and it should be arrived to your mailbox after 3 weeks .. this whole process takes 1.5 years

if you want my advice send them big evidence last Saturday I sent them a picture and today they approved my case
