We attended our interview in July 2025. Initially, the case status on the website was updated to “Interview Scheduled.” However, within two days after the interview, the status changed to “Interview Cancelled.” Since then, the status has remained unchanged. We have submitted service requests multiple times (2–3 times) regarding this issue, but each time we receive the same response stating that the website may take time to update. It has now been several months with no update or clarification.
