Filed concurrently October 13th 2023, received receipt notice October 18th 2023 (received them in mail today), biometrics scheduled for November however I received an RFE for a joint sponsor I-864.
Timeline on USCIS
I-130 and I-485: 6 Months
I- 765 and I-131 : 4 weeks

@Chrissy Stewart Was your income not enough? I’m asking bc they asked me a RFE for a joint sponsor . I sent out income but was not enough

almost same tl as for my family member no rfe yet though. Although we made enough , still sent a joint sponsor to be on the safe side

good luck! i got my EAD on the day of biometrics but so far I’m at almost 6 months and only got a request for my birth certificate for my 485 and otherwise radio silence on 130, 131 and 485

@G M M I’m on F-1 status so I can’t work legally yet… my husbands income don’t meet since he has 4 kids 🙁. I thought I would’ve gotten my EAD then get a job before this RFE, I wasn’t expecting it so soon.

I think everything is still at NBC. that’s where I sent my RFIE a few weeks ago

dame here sent my package sep 13 rfe sep 22 for i864 sponsorship. uscis received Oct 19. so now hopefully they will give me ead soon it was at 1 week expedite and not it changed to taking longer than expected. not giving hopes because i know they are not accurate but hope its true adter that get 2 weeks and get an approval soon. Best of luck but most cases are taking 6 months. my hopes by Dec-Jan I should get the approval of AOS. BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE.
