AOS Interview marriage based
Hi,
My I-130 was approved January 2021.
My PD for I-485 is March 11, 2021. I have recieved combo card (in June). And my case has been stuck on “Interview ready to be scheduled” since July 1st (117 days). My Field office is Queens, NY.
my question here is that I see people with PD March 22,2021 and April 2021 that filed in the same category and have the same FO - Queens, NY? does anyone of you know why people that filed after me are getting their interview scheduled?

it all depends on the field office to schedule you

depends on what though? like we have the same field office and category and yet they were scheduled before me although my PD is before theirs.

it’s so annoying.. I wanted to get this done before 2022.. well. let’s see, hopefully we get some good news soon.
