it’s simple, CRP is a blackhole you never want your case to get to. CRP case can be forgotten forever until you sue. Most people are now refilling their AOS after entering CRP and paying a new fee, they also getting decision within 1-2 months. The system is broken! No one wants to look at the CRP files

I’m guessing your 140 was approved in 2022?

I submitted my I-140 in October 2022 (PD date); was approved in Jan 2023; didn’t make it in time to submit I-485 before it retrogressed, so submitted I-485 in December 2023

@Mr Green do you know of anyone who submit Writ of Mandamus and get approval?

@K P It takes 60 days following the filing to see any decision. Also, you have to be outside processing time frame

@Mr Green wow thats over 5 years for EB based I-485
