AOS for 11year old - Family Based
My 2 year GC was approved 10/2019. I filed I765 to remove conditions and did my biometrics.
We filed my daughter’s AOS application in November 2021. Her biometrics was scheduled we are waiting on the notice for the date.
Anyone with any experience with an AOS application for a minor? will my husband (US citizen) and myself both go to the AOS interview with her? or only my husband?

@Hope Fully thanks for your response! I tried creating an account but it’s asking for an access code which I don’t see on any of the notices. I’ll wait for the letter in the mail.

my son was 14 and he never got an interview just straight 10 year. they don’t really interview minors .

@jj now thank you. did he do fingerprint at biometrics or just picture? did you summit a medical for him?

Hi Tre Fill - We haven’t heard anything since she did her biometrics in January, changed to case is being actively reviewed.

Hi Dri, I went to the interview this morning. it was a long wait ( 1 hr and 30 minutes). However, once I went into the interview room I was out in less than 10 minutes. The immigration officer just confirmed some of the information on the 1485 form and then I signed. That was it. once I exit the build my son i485 info was updated to new card is being produced.

@Tre Fill did the petitioner go with you both at the interview or only u and your 7 year old?we just got our interview done last three weeks ago and my 7 year old son turn next should i go only with him or my spouse too coz he's the petitioner i made inforpass and they told me doesn't matter if im or not a petitioner to go wth him as long im a the parent or the guardian we both need to to go to work i was wondering if i can go wth him even without my husband
