they’re running your background check and see if there’s anything comes up after the last one like if you get arrested or got tickets or could be anything pay attention and avoid everything can put you trouble so that’s not mean they are actively working your application or you get approval soon i hope you’ll get soon

I also got the fingerprinting update twice on my case

@mpoolk do november 2024 - applied november 2024 - fingerprints April 2026 - case transferred to my local FO (USCIS agent told me on the phone when I called) August 3 - fingerprint updated August 4 - card is being produced no interview. from 19 banned countries

@good human did at anytime your status change to "ready to be scheduled for an interview " then interview got waived? Ir just directly got approved?

@mpoolk do it’s more likely than not that it’s at the FO. if one agent said it’s at the FO that means they saw that information on their screen, the other agent probably didn’t bother to check. i would recommend calling, phone agents are much more helpful and provide more information

@ASMYRO Bal yes any ticket is effecting your application they’re looking many sides now if it’s not reckless you’re good but always take care if you get government benefit whether is food or health is gonna effect you. if you had one ticket and it’s not reckless please be careful
