strange to see a transfer between field offices. I wonder if Emma gave you incorrect information. it seems phoenix is one of the slower offices. I got transferred to another slow non-local office (salt lake). I am hoping non-local eb2 cases are processed more quickly than the processing times shown on the uscis website. I don’t want to wait another year.

My case moved to Cincinneti FO (non local) on 09/06/24 from NBC, and my case approved today. So, I think it is good news to be transferred to the other FO. You are the next! Good luck on your case.

@m t I confirmed by calling as well. Latest is that the Phoenix FO also returned it back to NBC on November 6. Last time the local FO returned, I thought visas ended but this office also sent back instead of deciding.

@So P In my case first NBC transferred to local FO in August that was sent back to NBC a few days later. So, it's the same episode again without outcome.

@m t My previous 485 was denied but now the reason of denial is already settled. That might make it not straightforward but they have to decide something.
