Anyone with the same problem?
my case got approved like a month ago now is at NVC I already send paid and completed everything and and keep getting a message like" my case could not been review until I completed everything" but everything is completes and paid I dont what is going on with NVC

the thing is that All my documents are submitted and they send a message that they cannot review my case until I submit all the documents but all documents are submitted
