I applied Nov 2022, my I-140 was approved May 15,2023 I had a biometrics appointment and of June - Austin, TX It’s still missing in my records in uscis website

We filed and got SRC receipt numbers (Texas service centre), and we filed in November/December. We paid for premium processing on the I-140. Had an RFE in February - our lawyers are so slow it’s insane, so didn’t resubmit until late May/early June. We had the I-140 approved in mid June. June 26 our case was transferred to NBC and nothing has happened since then. No biometrics, no interview, no updates….. So now just back to the frustration of waiting haha
