I received my 797c yesterday for the same. If by Missouri you mean NBC that is.

Mine is still in progress, but the times depend on The who the petitioner is.USCIS processing time here should be helpful- https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
Service Centers usually send 130 to field office (FO) so checking their timeline is beneficial too (if you’re already in uscis) You may get some idea from greencardly.com
