@Joe Judah Hi Joe. Is your PD June? Mine is August 5th and I feel hopeless. A friend of mine with PD late July got approved last week. At least they are working. :)

Originally my PD is June 23, 2020 but in the USCIS system they made a mistake and put the date of my PD with the same date as the receipt for my form i485 (February 26, 2021). The lawyer has already sent a petition online and physically for them to fix this error and so far no response or approval. More than 40 days and nothing. Today I called USCiS to ask my PD and the agent confirmed that February 2021 is in the system 😔😔😔

@Joe Judah I’m sorry this happened to you. I’ve heard a lot of situations like yours. That’s unfortunate. The cause of this is unqualified employees dealing with these cases. But they are going to fix it, they have to. Keep calling them once a week. Keep us posted.

@joe judah how do you know that they put the receipt they in the system? they confused me too when i called them and they told me that my priority date is the receipt date. they told me that my case is not current. however, when i contact my congressman, he talked with uscis and he told me that my case is now current

GC and Bo, Tks for answering… GC my case is current since out 2023 so after I researched about it I discovered that they committed this mistake in a lot of cases. We know that the PD is not the receipt date… Sad because I am right and because a error my family and I are sofering because that 🥹

@Joe Judah I think they did same with mine too. How did you know about error regarding the priority date? Can you elaborate more, please?

what is your priority date el jugador? I called them 4 times and asked my PD and they confirmed it. Another thing I did was ask two friends with the same case and PDs from June and July 2020 to call USCiS and confirm their case, both were correct. Then I came to the conclusion that an error had occurred with my case, especially because both friends had already been approved.
