my understanding is that we provide as much evidence as possible at the time of submitting the petition.. then wait in case their is a request for more evidence. I am
planning to take along a scrapbook of some of our family trips, holidays, plane tickets, greetings cards in their original post-marked envelopes, ticket stubs to concerts and other stuff like that. the officer might be bored hearing about our relationship by the end of it 😂❤️

*in case there is a request for more evidence, that will occur before the interview is confirmed!

also, they might want evidence of your current employers etc, to make sure all is above board and that your lives are truly as described in your petition! GOOD LUCK! ❤️

I had an RFE notice for a valid marriage certificat exactly 300 days of actively reviewing of my case.
The marriage certificate submitted earlier on was from the Catholic Church we had our white marriage.
According to the mail, I needed to submit a marriage certificate from a licenced place of worship or registry.
We also had our registry marriage anyways, the pics and the certificate taken was mailed to my immigration attorney, and he asked my wife to bring the originals to his office so he can respond to the RFE.
Hopefully, once NVC recieive the response, my case will be approved.
