i flew to Ny from Dallas this January. it was smooth with no questions but not sure how it is now

I flew from NY to LA smoothly on the 9th April and back.

I flew from ny to LAS and from LAS to LAX and back to NY In one week and everything was great

I have pending VaWa and I travel domestic almost every month. nothing to worry about.

I saw the news. ice walking in the airport all the time is anybody stop by Ice in the airport? whoever pending vawa case?

what document do you provide though? real id, state id...?

my lawyer said not to fly, I have real ID , I am even scared to do a road trip to graduation this may because of the 287 g agreement in a lot of counties where police have authority to check status. I don't have any overstay or removal, it's also psychologically messing me up cz having a pending status is risky police and ice can just detain you and check your background.
