@sharda have you tried reading out to USCIS in any way? My lawyer said we have nothing to do. when cases get stuck it's very hard to get moving again. This is making me severely depressed.

I send in alot of inquiries plus my lawyer wrote them a letter 3 week ago..still no response

My PD was 10/30/2020 and I got mine in the mail a week ago 9/25/2021, a day after my interview. My bio was 8/2

@R D Did you expedite? Or did anything else? my I 485 says ready to schedule an interview for 3 months now. but Nothings is moving. I gotta find someway.

@Su Sk not expedited, also no lawyer. I was able to get a tier 2 to call me back (said something about my spouse not being able to see his in laws, and asked if there was anything I could do to get a biometrics and I think the agent was more willing to help out?) since I had been waiting for my 1-131 and hence biometrics as well for months. But USCIS scheduled my biometrics before the tier 2 call back so not sure if that helped at all. Wishing you the best!

@R D how did you get a tier 2 call back? the live agent connected through Emma never makes an appointment if I try. 😞

I think most live agents can't make appointments. also, not all tier 2 call backs are helpful. mine was just a confirmation of where my application was at and he didn't schedule anything for me. I called, and if they weren't too busy, they let me talk to an agent if I said "info pass." Not sure if it still works, since they seem to change things around often. If you are able to talk to an agent, you could try asking if there has been an adjudicator assigned to your case, or if there's anything you can do to get an EAD card/AP card/interview if at least one of the cases is outside the normal processing times.

I’m still waiting as well. I sent in my EAD application October 2020. I literally have no energy or fight left in me. I’ve tried everything…expedites, congressional inquiries, case outside normal processing requests and still nothing sigh 😔

@ Su Sk I’m also married with USC at Omaha. PD March 4/21. Case if ready for scheduled an interview but nothing happened since 50 days ago. it’s the very first time I see someone from Omaha and it looks not so good though 😩. I’ll keep an eye in your case hopefully you get good news soon!

still waiting from Nov 2020 - Texas service center

My lawyer spoke to them and they said wait 120 days - we have been waiting 210 days and still nothing. November 3 - 2020

3 weeks ago I made a service request outside processing time. They emailed back saying they have had to do additional review and that caused a delay.. still waiting, any similar experience?

Today they approved my EAD. The senators office sent out an inquiry last week and this morning they got an reply that they will expedite my i765. and then in the evening I checked and it got approved.
