Are you talking your USCIS online account? if so it's not accurate and is your case a stand-alone or AOS case?

yea my uscis account don’t have any update an my case is stand alone I-130

if you have a stand alone it means you approved

what is the standalone about?? tbh I no idea about what’s going on

@sarah R A standalone is an application filed by itself without any other accompanying application such as an AOS/i485.

Your not in the US right? It can take up to 10 to 13 months , the USCIS site been doing that to everyone

whoever said your approved doesn’t know the question. ignore that. the progress tab is bullshit. 130s are about 11-13 months from what I see on this app.

I did over stayed and my husband file I-130 he say no need for I-485 becuz we married

my case was approved if I might be right the time my husband filed.we didn’t used any lawyer he did it online his self because he know how to do it

you need to adjust status..the i130 it's only the firts step inside USA ..the form is i485 and i-765 work permit i-131 advance parole ..affidavit ,medical exam.. good luck
