What's your priority date? You're current right? You're almost at 1 year, raise any SRs?

@A S June 2023 priority date, had premium processing i140 which was approved in July 2023. Yep - always been current. Raised a CR at the start of May as it’s been over 60 days since RFE (medical) and not heard a response. Haven’t received a response to SR yet.

Hopefully approval is right around the corner for you, hope your case gets approved soon!

yeah same here! PD Jul 31st 2023. Got RFE for birth certificate in May, responded ~29 days ago. Waiting!

@Seb Goumashvili Can you give me some information on how you initiated the CR? (eg. by phone etc). also, did they issue the RFE despite you including it in the application?

hey @Chev Vista I didn’t initiate any CR. They sent me an RFE asking for my birth certificate. And yeah, it was included in the application. I mean, I didn’t included it myself, it was my employer’s lawyers, but they are a large firm with lots of experience so I’m sure they included it (they confirmed). I read that many ppl got RFEs for birth certificates in the past few months (unclear if a USCIS internal issue)

@Mina Berut @Seb Goumashvili my priority date is February 8,2023, ROW, always current, I-140 approved in September 5, 2023. Got an RFE for medicals and birth certificate (although it was included in my application) on Feb 9. Replied March 5. 94 days ago and waiting since then. I submitted a SR last Friday and contacted my senator as well, but no news so far

i wonder if calling the service center and pushing to get a hold of higher tier is doable and works? or is it detrimental

@SM R we have quite similar timelines. hopefully we both get approvals soon.
