The only solution is a Mandamus. My case is been sitting for 17 months, and its ridiculous they can't schedule an interview, my I-130 was approved on March 2022. I tried do do inquiry, the website didn't let me because according to them my case is processed on "Normal time", I contacted Ombudsman and they emailed me saying that my application in "Normal processing time". I requested help with my Congressman, no answer. So the only way is spending money with a Mandamus.

@Lisa Modhwadia same here :( 16 months wait sofa and I really don’t know why … it’s extremely upsetting and sick and tired of this.. I’m really thinking of Mandamus but I’m scared of that.. why if they refused because you sued them.. i feel that’s the outcome if they are sued

@april 2022 They can't deny your case because you sue them, actually it would some sort of retaliation. In my experience, Mandamus is the only way they can give you a quicker appointment for interview or decision, doesn't guarantee 100% approval.

Good morning everyone!! Today I received Request for Evidence to send my medical exams. I hope they don't take too long to schedule interview after I send them.
