and it doesnt mean they only do one week of dqs. like i mean they work one week in a month and give a whole month of appointments. they usally do end month and the beginning of the next month

@ms ms I was DQ in October 22, 2023. I was hoping that by September I would get an appointment.

@Jamal a same I was DQ October 24-2023 last year they use to take 8 months to schedule an appointment this year it might take up to a year🥲

people are staying 1 year now to get appointments

@123 . any reason believe it or not my friend was DQ August 2023, and requested an expedite request because her daughter had fever and they gave her an appointment December 2023 and her husband is already here🥲

how are people getting expedited I tried for a valid medical reason with proof and they said no

@Sam S me too, I did an expidite request three times, I also contacted the senator and they denied it, even though I'm a student and I have two babies, I'm also a US citizen.our DC is on sep-2023

I tried contacting my congressmen they said they can’t help with cases at the NVC only with the initials approval from the USCIS

@Aug 2020 how come you’re saying he is close to get an appointment TODAY they gave out appointments for green card holders who we’re DQ In December 2023 and everyone is saying Dijbouti isn’t giving appointments for US citizens so a lot of people are transferring to another embassy

wallah I lost my hope of getting any appointment

I did the request and case was already at the NVC for 5 months

I have two babies and they refused to expidit my husband's case

@Said Salah same here wallah they say your case has to be at least 6 months at the NVC so you can expedite it and that’s the normal time after the sixth month you can keep bothering them and requesting an expedite appointment I have been waiting foe 9 now and nothing happened!
