I did. All arrived on 5/3. My H1B was approved in about a week and a few days later (less than a week?) H4 was approved. Both were extension. Got an rfe for H4 EAD photo, response is arriving to the PO box (delay in the USPS end🤦🏻‍♀️) H1B was ioe, and H4 and H4 EAD at California

when did you get RFE for h4 ead?

also may i know what exactly is the RFE for photos?

H1B/H4-EAD all received on May 1st under PP. H1 is approved in a week but still no update in H4/H4-EAD. H4 is new COS.

Hi @mmmm R just following up..when did you get your h4 ead rfe? and what exactly was the rfe on?

rfe asked to send another set of photos. the resonse arrived today so we will see. we received the rfe in mail roughly 3weeks after the intial application had arrived.

@mmmm R i was wondering did you your rfe for ead come the same day as your h4 approval?

no it did not. a couple of days after h4 approval. rfe letter in mail arrived before h4 approval in mail though.

it looks like all of them were sent to the california center!

I wanted to give you an update on it. The RFE response was delivered on last Thursday and on Friday it was updated to as received and today we got an approval message (new card is being produced)

no they didn’t respond to me

@kotesh Chintha hey i got ead approved today. Try reaching out to reddy and nueman regarding your situation ( specifically pay and set an appointment with rahul reddy). They can help you get your cases approved

@kotesh Chintha go to their website and book an appointment with rahul reddy and explain your situation. they were the one’s who filed the edakuni settlement. they will email uscis on your behalf. you should ideally recieved an approval in under 2 weeks from their mail
