anyone here waiting for EB2 PERM Certification approval?
anyone here submitted the AOS in 2023 still waiting? what is your PD? what is your Field office? when did you submit your AOS?
I submitted my AOS in OCT 2023, PD is June 2022, ROW, always current, have EAD AP approved.

I've a question if someone overstays and gets married to US citizens, can that person submit EB2 applications?
