Anyone here got medical RFE this month and waiting or got approved
FO sent out RFE letter on Sep 06 got into my mail box on Sep 09 but I didn’t know or expect anything from them my wife picked up the mail on Tuesday 12.
my wife and I went to see doctor next day and got sealed envelopes on 20th sent them out right away. they were delivered next day.
now it’s a very hard part again whaich is waiting (I don’t like it)
I knew our cases will be approved soon.
anyone here got medical RFE this month I would like to hear?

I got medical rfe on August 10 from LA field office,and next day I responded to them, still waiting to approve…..

did your letter say “ You should respond as soon as possible if you would like your case to be considered for visa allocation for this fiscal year which ends on September 30, 2023” or something similar? Your PD is current, right?

I responed on August 22 and my letter had the same sentences as you mentioned but I don t know when my I 485 will be approved, my PD 10/2018

just hope that ours will be approved by next week.
if my PD was 10/2018 I would have done something earlier that’s unusual to me .Have you ever talked to your attorney like contact congressman because you PD have been always current even retrogression? good luck

@S T @San journey did you guys submit I-639 with i485? If it was not, they mostly ask rfe during 485 processing.

I did submit i639 with i485. they asked for medical RFE due to expire.
