Memphis FO has my case. I’m based out of Omaha NE. I got RFE for medicals on 11/28/2022, which I responded to immediately because I already had the I693 ready and uscis notified me the got my response on 12/6/2022. waiting to hear back from them about i485. My i130 got approved the same day the RFE for medicals was sent (11/28). My PD is 08/19/2021

@aoss Omaha, sounds like similar situation to me! I mailed mine to them on Monday but had no updates since. my PD is 7/9/2021

My field office is Memphis, but I haven’t received the RFE yet. I just got the courtesy letter of i-693 on my USCIS account. Do you know when I should expect the RFE after getting the courtesy letter?

@sahik Patel I got my courtesy letter for medical on 12/2/2021 and I didn’t get medical RFE until 11/28/2022

But isn’t the validity of the medical only 1 year?

@shannon i got rfe from Memphis too but my base is Atlanta too. My PD is July, 2021. I just sent the required doc to Memphis address. so I am just waiting to here from them. USPS postal service said it’s been delivered. My Rfe was medicals, my Hubby’s naturalization doc and some school documents. What was your rfe? Have you sent yours?

I am in altanta too! and my RFE came from Memphis. PD is also july 2021. RFE was bona fide evidence & medical. sent start of December!

@shannon thank you. I sent mine last week. When you sent yours did you receive a confirmation email that they have received it.

I didn’t receive an email. they did change my status to RFE response recieved though on 1/6!
