my 485 was transferred from Nebraska to NBC on 9-30, and no update ever since that. so frustrating and worrying….

oh that's good you got something back so soon. I've seen people that's still waiting on an update after rfe. Hopefully it takes mine 2 weeks as well. The next thing for you should be interview schedule. Good luck to you!

my biometrics got done in Mar 2020. No movement on both EAD and GC. Case is at NBC. any similar experiences?

the stamp on the letter at the ASC prove your biometrics is completed…. You can make expediate request based on humanitarian reason

or with a job letter

you can also call tier 1 and find out what’s going on with your case

I called tier 1, they gave me a reference number and said it will take 30 days to respond. so, more waiting….
