anyone have the same issue??
i130 got approved over 30 days yet, i485 not moving.
The parole just got approved, yet the i485 still processing, does it mean they need more time to check it? or am I approved based on the parole and the 130.
also the advance parole is valid for just one year, what does it mean? anyone had the same issue?
can someone advise it’s killing me 🥹🥹🥹

its been 2 years for me after the interview. im at my wits end i keep making inquiries but they keep telling me my case is within processing times. we got verbal agreement at the interview and nothing. my case status has been stuck on interview was scheduled for 2 years

@Natali Y UPD: 2 days after contacting the congressman, i received a response from both- USCIS and representative, my i-485 status has changed to “interview was scheduled”, waiting

@nyc j wtf? 2 years after your interview? I believe you can sue the government at this point
@Natali Y I'm in similar boat. it's been 4 months and nothing on my I-485 after I-130 approval
