Anyone has had experience of the outcome after upgrading an EB2 NIW to premium after an RFE?
my case is at Nebraska Service Center and my priority date is Sep 2023. I answered an RFE challenging the national importance 10 months ago. If I upgrade to premium processing, do you consider it may trigger a denial?. Should I leave the application as it is and wait for a decision that may be lengthy, considering current backlogs?

By the way, I asked several attorneys and the say that after responding a RFE, upgrading to premium, most likely will trigger a denial even in a strong case
