Anyone has experience filing twice for the same beneficiary?
With the rate at which USCIS is adjudicating cases filed in 2023 so fast, can I file again for my child? A minor whose case has been pending since 2021!! What is the implication for double filing?

my kid file for me 2019 i130 approved had to file with the court i485 in 2021 court case dismissed i485 taking so long lawyer refile a new i485 application in 2022 got my ead biometrics reuse get back my priority date of 2019 on new i485 application my lawyer it don't matter how many case you file whichever one they get to they will just close the other my case at fo waiting for them now
