you can off your job for a while and come back when your pd’s current or your status change to reschedule or schedule for interview if u want! I saw people’s doing that.

@SC JN yeah I hope we get the chance to be current all of us get through a lot of mental problems because of this processing, and waiting should not be worse. FY 2024 is something that is very slow.

i wouldn’t expect a jump.perhaps upcoming months PD will goes more backwards and October will be balanced with 2/3month of movement from present PD.

@Mk Asif why it has to be the way like that, if that so we just need to quit this processing.

In my opinion I don’t think it will retrograde backwards because they already went back and corrected. So that 2023-24 we are seeing actual date progression( yet turtle slow) rather than randomly picking the case making PD current like in 2020-2021.

@Utopia L They should not let people submit that I-485 if they know it is gonna retrogress.

if anyone here has any data or info about how many applications from PD2021 AOS + counselor are pending then we can make an actual prediction for upcoming FY 2025 because according to my understanding FY 2021-2022(half) was current and a lot my friends with PD2021 got their GC approved within 17 months. my pd is July/22 so I don’t even know when I will be able to summit my I-485 aos due date of filing moved backwards.

@T N I guess they’re not interested/able to find a better way to clear backlog of EB3 other workers. There are many cases of Early 2021 which remains pending for a long time without interviews where as later people already had interviews. They messed up the process I guess.

@sam young search I-485 latest inventory, you would see the awaiting availability for each month of 2021, the whole year 2021 is around more than 5000 pending cases according to the data

@Mk Asif If they use as much as possible visa for this category this year, it means they do mean to try to solve the backlogs, now even eb2, eb3 get retrogressed next month.

@T N to be honest I’m waiting for long time but at this point I have no hope for EB3 unskilled. I had my PD current then retrograde and watching for a long time, I don’t expect anything from this category. Per year it will goes 2/3 months at the best what I assume.
