Anyone has a case getting stuck at Miami FO?
I got a medical RFE for my I-485 in mid Dec last year from this FO (not local). I never knew before my case was transferred to this FO until I received the RFE. I sent my medical RFE back to them via FedEx, and my RFE response arrived the FO on Dec 21. I asked a live agent in late Feb if my case is still there. The live agent submitted a service request to the FO and I got a mail from this FO saying that my case is under extended review. Now it’s been more than 3 months since they received my RFE response and I still hear nothing. Does anyone here whose case is at this FO experience the similar situation?
I planned to visit my family in my home country during school break this summer but it seems to be impossible right now :(

What is your current case status now? Do you see the responsed received or still rfe sent?

@M P My case status is still “case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”. They didn’t even update that they issued an RFE to me.

You can request service request 60 days after you response the rfe. google uscis service request online

@M P I already did that last month (after 60 days) and nothing happened. From now I’ll keep bugging them.

@Sepp Ps my case is still there. I got my second RFE in early April. My response arrived the office last Friday. So now I just have to wait. Have you tried chatting with live agent?

@Sepp Ps oh yeah that wasn’t helpful. I got a similar response before. What we can do is just wait unless you have an emergency reason for expediting your case.
